Drive unit firmware abnormality

An abnormality was detected in the firmware of the drive unit and assist is disabled. The firmware must be restored with Shimano's E-TUBE diagnostic system, which is a dealer job. This error often follows a failed or interrupted firmware update.

Roadside self-help
