Sensor initialization could not be completed
The sensor initialization at startup failed so severely that assist is switched off entirely, unlike the milder warnings W013/W103. It usually stems from load on the pedals at power-on; a persistent case can also point to incorrect chain tension. Restarting without pedal load is the first remedy; otherwise the dealer should check chain tension and the sensor.

Roadside self-help
- Switch the battery off and on again while keeping your feet off the pedals.
- If the error persists, have the dealer check chain tension and sensor.
