Abnormality detected in drive unit (system error)
The drive unit has reported an internal abnormality and the system shuts assist off completely. A power cycle sometimes clears the error if it was a temporary glitch. If E010 returns after restarting, the drive unit needs to be diagnosed by a dealer, often including a firmware check via E-TUBE.

Roadside self-help
- Switch the system off, wait a few seconds, and switch it on again.
- If the error persists, stop using assist and contact a dealer.
Possible causes

- Hardware fault inside the drive unit medium
