Bosch eBike Systems Battery

605

Battery temperature error

The eBike battery is outside its permissible temperature range — too hot after charging or riding in strong heat, or too cold in winter. The system blocks operation to protect the cells. Once the battery has returned to normal temperature and the system is restarted, everything usually works again.

How to read e-bike error codes

Unlike cars (OBD-II), e-bike codes are manufacturer-specific: the same number means something different on a Bosch than on a Shimano system. What matters is always the combination of drive system and code.
