Internal battery of the on-board computer flat
The small internal buffer battery of the on-board computer is discharged, typically after long storage or when the display was used off the bike for a long time. According to Bosch this code does not apply to the BUI350 (Nyon 2). Charging the display in its holder or via USB resolves the issue.

Roadside self-help
- Put the display into its holder and switch the eBike on so it charges from the main battery
- Alternatively charge the on-board computer via the USB port
Possible causes
- Discharge after long storage high
- Poor contact in the display holder medium
- Aged internal buffer battery low
